Call Super & Parris select 10 summertime tracks for festival season
Ahead of their b2b set at Horst Music & Arts Festival this week under their can you feel the sun alias, Call Super and Parris pick out their summertime selections, from the sentimental to the peak-time
By name and by nature, can you feel the sun (aka Parris and Call Super) are built for summertime slots, whether they’re shelling peak-time slammers under blue skies or drawing for more emotional numbers as the sun goes down.
Since joining forces with a regular NTS show and the launch of their own record label under the moniker, the pair have honed their harmonious styles and played together countless times. This week, they’re coming back together once again as they present their can you feel the sun show at Belgium’s Horst Music & Arts Festival, promising a special b2b full of surprises.
"We never plan back-to-back sets, we tend to see how we fit into a line-up and work from there. We've played with each other enough times over the years that we can trust each other's selections," says Parris, who is set to make his Horst debut this year. "I love the architecture and the energy of the team who make it all happen, it all makes me so happy," Call Super chips in.
Ahead of this year’s edition, Parris and Call Super have selected the 10 tracks they’ll be pulling out during their festival performances this summer, from the sentimental to the downright club weapon. "These are the club tracks we're feeling right now," they explain. "The stuff in our current rotation and record bags."
