Paradise found
The fourth edition of Vietnam’s EPIZODE festival took place across the new year, showcasing 11 days and nights of world class DJs, art installations, wellbeing classes and more.
Kicking off on December 27 and running through to January 7, more than 230 hours of music were played by close to 100 international and local artists across four stages on the paradise island on Phu Quoc.

Gleaming sand, towering palm trees and crystal waters provided the blissed-out backdrop, perfectly complementing the yoga classes, interactive art and ecstatic dancefloors, where the likes of Moodymann, Ricardo Villalobos, Patrick Topping, Ben UFO, Anja Schneider, Carl Craig, Craig Richards, Cinthie, Lilly Palmer, Loco Dice, Nicolas Lutz, Paquita Gordon, Phuong Dan, Sonja Moonear, Tijana T and many more laid down exceptional sets.
This year the festival all promoted an environmentally conscious initiative, taking action to limit plastic waste through a cupsharing programme and ban on bringing single-use plastics onto the site. A strong clean-up effort also followed the event to ensure the paradise remained unblemished by the festival.
