3 Klein
Klein is a truly idiosyncratic artist. She emerged early in '16 with a debut album of off-kilter pop compositions and followed it up in the autumn with 'Lagata', a mini-LP that took her experimental approach and mischievous sense of psychedelia into darker territory. Weird, fun, intimate, confusing... Her music is all of these things and more and we'll wager you won't find anyone else like her in 2017. Watch out for Klein's DJ sets, too, in which she enters full turn-up mode. S Wheeler
