The Cause and All My Friends team to reopen Peckham pub, The Greyhound
The team's new venture, which was initially announced in 2023, will finally open this month following renovation works
The team behind The Cause and All My Friends is set to reopen a dormant pub in Peckham this month, The Greyhound.
Following renovation works, the pub will open its doors back up to the public on Friday, March 8, offering punters a free drink on first entry.
The Greyhound is fitted with a DI Audio soundsystem and is set to host events every week from Tuesdays to Sundays until 1:30AM, with a full programme of DJs to be scheduled.

The news of the team’s new venture was initially announced last year with a promised opening date in 2023, but continued renovation works and tenancy delays pushed the date back.
“As you know, 6 months ago, we took the keys to a dormant boozer in Peckham, with the intention of opening late last year,” they explained on Instagram last month. “We must apologise that we’ve kept you all in the dark with our progress, but we have also been kept in the dark ourselves - literally.”
The re-fit is now wrapping up, boasting a freshly designed interior, a new food and drink menu, and a DJ booth. The first floor will accommodate diners in a restaurant area, named Lost It On A Dog, a “refined dining experience” pairing natural wines and food from famed London restauranteur Neil Gill.

The second floor will serve seasonal cocktails, local craft beers, ciders, independent spirits, and classic pub food. The pub will even host a selection of beers and treats just for dogs.
On top of hosting events drawing in local artists and collectives, The Greyhound will also show “key sports games” and host regular pub quizzes "with a musical twist”.
The Greyhound will open for the next two weekends initially, serving drinks only. Find out how to grab a drink on the house here, and find out more about the opening weekends here.
