Super trippy, newly discovered art by Kurt Cobain to show in Seattle
A look into the late rockstar's creative mind
A handful of never-before-seen art pieces by Kurt Cobain have been discovered after sitting in storage since 1994, the year of the iconic rocker's death.
The collection of sketches, paintings and comics show an intimate look into Cobain's artistic mind, with most of the work drawn in obscure, cryptic styles.
Some are smooth, simple drawings of guitars while others are original, graphic comic book excerpts and obscure human-like portraits.
Cobain's newly discovered creations will be showcased until August 6 at the Seattle Art Fair by the United Talent Agency Artist Space. Although unconfirmed, there is discussion of the gallery going on tour in the future.
