Studio 338 announces new club The Bridge

The venue is situated in East London

The team behind Studio 338 has announced a new club, The Bridge.

The venue is situated in Bow, East London, and will be "a new hub for underground electronic music".

A promo video hints that the place will be lit by futuristic LED lighting and powered by a VOID soundsystem. No line-ups have been announced, but there is a Facebook page.

The venue was previously called Roka but it looks like the team have given it a refit in order to create The Bridge.

The opening of the club is of course good news for the London club scene as well as the Studio 338 crew, who recently suffered a huge loss when their South London club was destroyed by fire.

Update: The Bridge will be 500-capacity and split across two floors, with outdoor areas. Preview parties will take place in September and October, with the official oppening happening in November.
