Brooklyn's National Sawdust played host to an incredible evening
Smirnoff and Mixmag are embarking on a journey to shift the diversity dial in electronic music and culture with the launch of an important and impactful new project: The Smirnoff Sound Collective.
A shared love of electronic music, of the culture and the creators behind it all has led us to launch the Smirnoff Sound Collective, which aims to promote greater visibility in dance music across gender, race, genres and beyond.
To celebrate the project, Smirnoff and Mixmag teamed up for an event at the gorgeous National Sawdust venue in Brooklyn for a night of incredible talent from the Smirnoff Sound Collective and drinks. The line-up included a powerful live performance with KISSEY, a DJ set from Autograf, New York natives With You., house and techno savant Gina Turner, Brooklyn techno up-and-comer Cry Baby and innovator Kevin Saunderson back-to-back with his sons, the Saunderson Bros.
