Spotify playlist: 18 tracks proving Sven Väth's Cocoon Ibiza is still pure class

"18 years in and Sven's rave is still at the top of its game," our review of the Cocoon Ibiza opening party reads.

Sven was looking elated in the DJ booth, showing absolutely no signs of slowing down anytime soon. DJ Koze, Nina Kraviz, Ilario Alicante and Dorian Paic were guests and each of them delivered the big tunes to ensure the feet were well and truly moving all night long.

It was a mix of belting house and tough, harrowing techno for the most part, but the mood was swung at times with a cheeky Angolan number from Sven and a Robert Miles tribute from Ilario Alicante.
