Spooky - 6/10

Typically robust dance floor fare here from legendary producer Spooky, who returns to Project Allout going straight for the neck on 8-bar riddim 'Bun Fire'. Backed up by remixes from Notion, Trends, Dubzta and UKG producer Moony, the EP is expansive but one best reserved for the clubs. As a club record, it certainly bangs - Notion's thumping bassline mix is our pick of the four, although we can see Trends' growling, low-end edit doing plenty of damage too - but the record could do with more original Spooky material.
