Simple Things EXT announces 2016 programme
Simple Things has extended its festival with panels and performances in Bristol this October
Simple Things has revealed its new programme: Simple Things EXT, an extended series of performances, discussions, panels and art coming to Bristol on October 17 until 19 ahead of the main festival.
Funded by the Arts Council England, Simple Things EXT offers: audio-visual sessions at the Bristol Planetarium; Ableton Masterclasses with Mark Burnett and Luca Mucci; and a performance from The British Paraorchestra - the first British orchestra comprised wholly of disabled musicians.
Also on the bill, electronic producers Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Dopplereffekt and Tarik Barri (who has worked with Thom Yorke and Nicolas Jaar) will be showcasing their sounds.
The EXT events take place at various Bristol venues and will be followed by Simple Things Festival on October 22 with headliners Nina Kraviz (pictured) and Warpaint.
