RZA is suing a dog walking company called Woof Tang Clan

Puns are hilarious, except when legal trouble ensues.
A doggy day care company called Woof-Tang Clan is currently in hot water with the legendary hip-hop crew Wu-Tang Clan, as crew member RZA has recently filed a lawsuit for breach of copyright.
The Brooklyn-based dog walking company is owned by Marty Cuatchon, who was also selling t-shirts that have a likeness to Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s debut album ‘Return To The 36 Chambers’, but with dogs and the company's information. Woof Tang Clan offers both dog walking and dog sitting services.
Woof Tang Clan recently filed a trademark application on June 8. Now RZA’s lawsuit is claiming this is a violation of trademarks that are already owned by Wu-Tang Clan, according to the New York Daily News. The lawsuit also states that the name and logo of the Wu-Tang Clan has been “unmistakably associated” with the dog walking service.
Cuatchon declined to comment on the legal issues, but expressed to the New York Daily News that he knew of the lawsuit: "I am a fan… We walk dogs. I thought it was a good idea."
