Riva Starr is throwing ‘Curveballs’ on his forthcoming LP
Coming soon to Truesoul Records
Italian-born, London-based artist Riva Starr is releasing a new album via Adam Beyer’s label Truesoul Records.
Titled ‘Curveballs’, the new project will be Starr’s fourth artist album and is preceded by a four-track sampler out now via the imprint.
Comprised of 12 original cuts, the album is inspired by the contemporary club sounds infiltrating the dancefloors, and pays homage to old-school music elements. On album opener ‘Always’, Starr is joined by house diva Jocelyn Brown as the pair come together to create a powerful house cut oozing with soulful vocals.
“As I’m always evolving, every now and again I need to make a point about my latest sound,” explains Starr via press release. “Curveballs has been especially written to showcase the full range of my current sound and features a carefully selected collection of tracks designed for a club environment.”
Listen to the ‘Curveballs’ sampler here, and head over to Truesoul to find out more about the full album before it lands on October 26.
