Paul Oakenfold drops a dance remix of Riotron's ‘Life Is What We’re Living’
Riotron has credited the famed producer as the "reason he got into dance music"
Electro-pop icon Riotron is releasing a remix of his popular track ‘Life Is What We’re Living’ - reworked by dance music legend Paul Oakenfold.
The EDM-infused remix is fun, bouncy, and club-ready. This track will be a favourite for turntables across the world this summer - and Paul Oakenfold made sure of it.
The remix accentuates the elements of the original, all while adding its own unique twist to the anthem - showing both the intersection and the uniqueness of both Paul Oakenfold and Riotron's talent.

Jeff Fettes of Riotron said: "Paul Oakenfold is the reason I got interested in dance music. In fact, he’s one of the reasons everyone is interested in it.
"Listening to his early music inspired me to mix genres and in the process elevate the core song into something more original. I was honored that he even listened to my song, let alone remixed it."

Adding to this, Paul Oakenfold said “I really enjoyed working on the remix for ‘Life Is What We’re Living’ with Riotron. I tried to take it in a more uplifting direction and I think everyone will be pleased with the final result. I know I am.”
Paul Oakenfold is a three-time Grammy Award and two-time World Music Awards nominee who has produced remixes for the likes of Madonna, Britney Spears, The Rolling Stones and The Stone Roses.
This Riotron remix comes after Riotron released a music video for a Mahalo remix of ‘Life Is What We’re Living’ which starred Tyler Posey of MTV’s ‘Teen Wolf’ series, and 80s icon Lea Thompson from ‘Back To The Future’.
The video is already a huge success, amassing over 8 and a half million views on YouTube as of June 16.
