Richie Hawtin set to play at Berghain for the first time in six years
A highly anticipated return to the world famous nightclub
Techno stalwart Richie Hawtin is scheduled to DJ at the famed Berlin club Berghain for the first time since 2012.
Taking place on Friday, June 29, Hawtin will play alongside Panorama Bar resident, Roi Perez.
As RA points out, Richie Hawtin and the world-renowned club have shared a somewhat contemptuous relationship ever since the artist was kicked out of the club back in 2009. Hawtin took to Facebook to complain about the venue’s door policy, saying that Berghain is “a great club” but needs “a serious attitude adjustment.”
