Previously titled CURS>R before its name change, Choose Or Die is said to be a “dark twist on the ‘80’s gaming obsession”.
"Tempted by a chance to win unclaimed prize money, two friends reboot a mysterious 1980s video game and step into a surreal world of next-level terror,” reads the film’s description.
“In pursuit of an unclaimed $125,000 prize, a broke college dropout (Lola Evans) decides to play an obscure, 1980s survival computer game. But The Game curses her, and she’s faced with dangerous choices and reality-warping challenges.”

Liam Howlett provides a roaring electronic score for the film, tinged with The Prodigy’s typically punky and recognisable sound catered to the horror flick.
Although this is The Prodigy member’s first time scoring a film, the group are no stranger to the movie realm. The band’s tracks have previously been used in films such as The Matrix, Kick-Ass and Repo Men.
A recent foray into film saw the group land on the Fast and Furious 9 soundtrack with the re-imagined 1997 track ‘Breathe’ in collaboration with Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA.
Choose Or Die lands on Netflix on April 15. Watch the trailer below.
