Premiere: Michel De Hey’s ‘Tracklights’ lands on Josh Wink’s Ovum Recordings

A classy and euphoric house ballad

Dutch veteran Michel De Hey debuts on Josh Wink’s Ovum Recordings with ‘Tracklights’, a bubbly and driving house cut that delivers and infectious groove.

With a career spanning back to 1986, De Hey played a critical role in developing the techno and tech house scene in Rotterdam during its formative years. His material has graced such labels as DFTD, Nite Grooves, EC and his very own Hey! Records. Now he steps up on Ovum with his attention placed strictly on the dancefloor.

‘Tracklights’ heats up right from the start with techy rhythms laying the foundation for a warm bassline to carry through. De Hey showcases his whimsical nature with the bouncing textures delivers a subtle, soulful melody to add to the enticing track.

‘Tracklights’ is set for release on May 19 and features two remixes by Crackazat.
