Premiere: Jacky serves up a tech house monster to warm up the winter months

'Apache' will arrive via his label Red Lunar Records

At the start of the year, we published a feature called 16 artists who will make your year in 2016 and we think we were pretty spot on with our choices. Dax J has blown up to be one of the most promising techno talents on the circuit, Willow's debut release sold out almost instantly and Bjarki dropped three albums via Nina Kraviz's трип imprint.

Another artist we included was Geordie selector Jacky and the tech-house producer has gone from strength-to-strength this year. He's become a staple of Elrow's international line-ups and released via their label, as well as releasing on Roush and remixing Darius Syrossian and Javi Bora.

His Jacky & Friends events have moved all over the country with stops at Sankeys in Manchester and Lightbox in London, so it's safe to say we're pretty proud of the curly-haired party starter.

His latest release is one that's been hyped to the heavens recently and has done the rounds on Facebook for the last few months. Now we present to you 'Apache' which will drop via Jacky's Red Lunar Records in December.

Hold onto your hats, this one is a ripper and should be handled with caution. We've seen videos of it getting dropped and the reaction is always one of sheer pandemonium. Get on this.

The 'Apache' EP will be released on December 9 via Red Lunar Records
