Poté shares new single ahead of debut album release

‘Spiral, My Love’ lands September 21 on Deviation Music

With the release of his debut album ‘Spiral, My Love’ mere weeks away, St. Lucian-born talent Poté has shared a new single from the project featuring Kojey Radical and vocalist Chelou.

After starting his career producing South African gqom and baile funk influenced tracks for Lisbon-based label Enchufada, Poté’s unique, melodic bass-heavy sound soon garnered attention from DJs and critics alike. Gorillaz star Damon Albarn, who co-produced the album’s lead track ‘Spiral’, is just one of the many artists cited as a fan of Pote’s material.

Deviation boss and recently-appointed Louis Vuitton Musical Director Benji B is another notable fan, with Benji reportedly signing the album to his Deviation Music imprint after just one listening session.
