This year’s edition of the festival is focused on giving back to the community that have been hit hard by the pandemic
London-based record label and events company picnic are offering local creatives the chance to showcase their work at their one-day London festival Someplace, Somewhere.
Someplace, Somewhere will be taking place on Saturday July 17 2021 from 12pm-10pm at Hainault Recreation Ground in Ilford.

Alongside a musical lineup that includes Francesco Del Garda, Laurine & Cecilio, Christian AB and Andy Luff, local and budding creatives will be invited to collaborate and showcase their work in the on-site festival village.

Already announced creatives taking part include a record fair put together by Wax Material, Amsterdam’s Seawolf Records, Bizarre Trax and other second hand vinyl sellers, live art installations, a pop up hair salon and independent fashion stalls.
picnic have also partnered with mental health charity Chasing the Stigma for this year’s edition of Someplace, Somewhere. They will be providing a pop up charity tent for the festival where on-site professionals will be available to offer support or just a friendly chat.
