Phil Weeks in the Lab

The Lab is our weekly office rave up powered by Void Audio where we live stream some of the biggest and best names in dance music and this Friday we have a serious treat for all fans of house and techno.

First up on Friday, we welcome Parisian house, purp-smoking don Phil Weeks. The man behind Robsoul records, Weeks is a producer and label boss who oozes class. Combining soul, funk and house to full effect, his love for the purer forms of music has resulted in this man having every dancefloor he comes across eating out the palm of his hand.

Phil Weeks takes control of the club in the corner of our office this Friday from 4pm BST and you can tune in below or on MixmagTV. Now if that was somehow not enough to warm you up for the weekend ahead, he'll be closely followed by none other then the legend that is Kevin Saunderson.

This month he follows up his latest single 'Searching4Love' with 'It's The Inside That Counts' which samples Loleatta Holloway's classic, 'Dreaming' and you can check it out his latest release on his imprint Robsoul Reocrds here
