Pete Tong is bringing the Essential Mix live to the US
The tour kicks off in LA with Richie Hawtin
Pete Tong is officially bringing his famous BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix series live to the US in 2016. Kicking off the tour in January at Exchange LA will be none other than techno-God Richie Hawtin, as well as newcomer Lee K.
After 20 years of the Essential Mix, Tong has decided that 2016 is the year America is finally ready. Richie Hawtin in particular has been key in techno's breakthrough into the mainstream, as he embarked on his ENTER tour in the US this past year.
Following the kickoff in LA, Tong will be landing in various major American cities where he will be joined by more massive Essential Mix artists. Stay tuned for lineup and tour announcements.
