The roles are intended for young people just starting out in music, and have been crafted as part of a drive to open up access to the music industry for people who are currently underrepresented.
The role will run from early March until October 2021, and will be a paid role. The label assistants will have the opportunity to develop three releases for the Test Pressing label, working on all sides of the release process from commissioning young designers to liaising with pressing plants.

To support those for whom this would be their first role in music, Noods are offering masterclasses with industry professionals as part of an extensive training programme that will support the roles.
Partners for these masterclasses include Saffron Music, Crack Magazine and Timedance.
