New sub-zero temperature ‘Snow Rave’ coming to Singapore

There's 'snow rave like it!

Sunny Singapore will be hosting a ‘Snow Rave’ next month with sub-zero temperatures.

Created by C.L.U.P. (Combined Local University Party) they are hoping to “make history” with this event with one room set at a normal temperature whilst the other will drop down to -7 degrees.

The line-up so far includes DJ Vanvanz and DJ Nomi with more still to be announced.

"There will even be blizzards at random times," C.L.U.P. have said, advising ravers to plan to bring an outfit perfect for the cold temperatures and hours of dancing with the best-dressed winning a two-day staycation at the Carlton Hotel.

With temperatures usually between 26 and 31 degrees at that point of the year in Singapore, winter will be here, weather you like it or not.

This month, Sister Bliss of Faithless started The Hit Academy Asia which is a six-week online course that include live workshops on the music industry.

Sessions focus on songwriting, production and business as well as include 1-2-1 music mentoring with a 3-day in-person songwriting camp held at the distinguished Noivil Studios, Singapore.

The city-state is in full party mode right now, after Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of Home Affairs finally gave the green light for the nightlife sector in Singapore to reopen in April.

Singapore had one of the longest periods of nightlife closure during the COVID-19 pandemic, with nightclubs closed for over two years.

Singapore's Snow Rave will run from 9:PM to 2:AM on September 24 with tickets available here.
