Mind Against are the latest to join the 'fabric presents' mix series

They've also dropped exclusive single 'Freedom' in tandem with the announcement

Italian-born, Berlin-based duo Mind Against have announced that they'll be the latest to join the fabric presents mix series, with their compilation set to drop on September 23.

A day later, on September 24, the pair will be joined by those featured on the mix for an extended set in the venue.

The exclusive single to accompany the mix, 'Freedom', is available now and has a striking music video to boot.

'Freedom' is a compelling and emotive cut, setting the tone for the forthcoming mix which encapsulates the sounds of a Mind Against set some ten years since their first release on Life and Death in 2021.

The music video stars model and actress Raya Martigny, who has collaborated with the late Virgil Abloh for Off White, and is the muse of Mugler and Jean Paul Gaultier, whilst the storyline behind the visuals is a thought-provoking display of emotional upheaval and the desire for freedom.

Having established strong ties with fabric over the past eight years having played several shows at the club, including their All Night Long set, the pair view this compilation as an immense point in their career.

"fabric compilations have been part of our adventure in this world since early days, so it's an important milestone in our career," they explain.

"We wanted to create a mix transcending genres and music tendencies, with as many exclusive tracks as possible, so we asked some of our favourite producers and friends for new material to fit the timeless feel we wanted for the mix, along with some evergreen tunes: some recent and some a bit older."

You can pre-order 'fabric presents Mind Against', out on September 23, here, and grab tickets to their extended set the night after the mix drops too. Their exclusive single, 'Freedom', is available now.
