Mark Leckey to exhibit club culture film ‘Fiorucci Made Me Hardcore’ at Tate Britain
The Turner Prize winner will showcase the seminal video alongside new works
Tate Britain has announced it will host a new Mark Leckey exhibition called ‘O’Magic Power of Bleakness’ across September 24 to January 5.
The Turner Prize winner will showcase his seminal video chronicling the vintage UK underground club scene Fiorucci Made Me Hardcore at the exhibition, alongside new works such as a life-sized replica of a concrete motorway bridge on the M53. His 2015 portrait film Dream English Kid will also be shown.
The exhibition is curated as an immersive theatrical experience and will include various spectral audio visual components.
