Machinedrum shares a new single from forthcoming album, 'Human Energy'
A new chapter for Machinedrum
As one of the more prominent artists pioneering unique and genre-bending electronic music, Machinedrum lines up his next album, ‘Human Energy’, that he says will focus on a more positive motif.
After recently moving to California and falling in love, Machinedrum has discovered a new warmth and beauty in his music. This has translated to a collection of tracks that represent his evolution as a producer and the next chapter in his career.
His second album on the Ninja Tune imprint will further explore Machinedrum's distinct sound profile. The first single, titled 'Do It 4 U', features D∆WN, one of the freshest vocalists to hit the electronic sphere.
Regarding the new material, he says “it’s an exchange of energy through sound, a healing experience. We’re living in dark times and with so much negativity existing in the world I want to be a rare voice of positivity.”
