Line-up additions locked in for Poland’s Unsound Festival

The Krakow event starts in two weeks

Polish festival Unsound has finalised its line-up, featuring DJ Marfox (pictured), DJ Nervoso and more.

Phuture have also confirmed they will play the festival following the death of group member Earl Smith Jr, aka DJ Spank-Spank, with Angel Alanis filling in.

The festival, which starts on October 16, is a mixture of discussions, screenings, workshops, installations and music featuring artists ranging from Polish cellists to Israeli conductors.

An artist panel with Rashad Becker has been added to the day programme as well as talks with Mexico’s NAAFI collective and DJ Lag on South Africa’s vibrant Gqom scene. The day programme will also feature a panel with promoters from around the world to discuss gentrification’s affect on music scenes.

The music programme also includes artists like Helena Hauff, DJ Q and Fred P, while the popular Hotel Forum venue will see Jamaica's Equiknoxx and Kamixlo grace its stage.

Passes to Unsound have already sold out but tickets to the shows will be available during the festival and on the door to most events.
