Larry Heard added to Dimensions line-up

It will mark his first live appearance in two decades

Dimensions has confirmed its full line-up for 2016, revealing that Larry Heard, aka Mr Fingers, will perform live for the first time in 20 years.

It’s a coup booking for the festival, confirmed as a worldwide exclusive and said to have taken several years of discussion. Larry also returned to the moniker after a decade of dormancy for a new EP last month. Larry also returned to the moniker after a decade of release dormancy for a new EP last month.

Massive Attack have already been confirmed to headline the opening concert on August 24. It has now been announced that the groundbreaking duo will be joined by Kamasi Washington and Moodymann.

Further acts announced today to be playing at Fort Punta Christo from August 25 to 28 include The Bug, Loefah, Benji B and Richie Hawtin performing an extended set in The Moat, while names already revealed include Ben Klock, Tama Sumo, Ben UFO, Helena Hauff, Motor City Drum Ensemble Mood II Swing, Calibre, Rødhåd, Ryan Elliott and Kyle Hall.
