Join Shanti Celeste and Hodge for a free production workshop in Brighton

The workshop will run as part of Celeste’s club series in the city

As part of Shanti Celeste’s Curated By club series at Brighton’s seaside venue Patterns, the artist is taking part in a forthcoming production workshop in the city, alongside Bristolian producer Hodge.

Brought to life by CDR and Patterns, the workshop is set to see both artists deconstruct their own unique productions as part of an artist talk.

The event will be hosted in collaboration with the ‘Last Dance’ programme at art and culture agency Lighthouse. Lighthouse, and indeed the programme supports, presents and aids new art, film, music, design and more. Furthermore, Shanti and Hodge will take part in a Q+A, with local producers and aspiring artists closing the night with the chance to play out their own tracks at the event.

Once the workshop is over, Shanti’s Peach Party will take over Patterns for a night of curated, high-octane dance music, featuring the Peach Discs artist herself alongside Hodge, Ciel and Mehtola. With four dates in total at the Brighton venue, ravers can expect a blend of local creatives, friends, collaborators and more as part of the party series, which also includes record shop in-sessions and the before-mentioned workshop.

Entry to the workshop is free, as long as eager participants sign up prior to the event, which takes place at Lighthouse on February 24.
