'The Queen On Her Throne' is an anthemic edit-cum-remix of The O Jays 'Darlin' Darlin' Baby'.

Jkriv recreates the entire tune with the sheer class you'd expect. .A solid kick,and full percussion underlay the filtered horn section that fades out before the clean voval drops in.

We were convinced you'd need the individual stems to achieve such a feat and be part of (what Soul Clap call) 'The inner circle of trust' to have access.

According to Jkriv he did it all from the original, which is a testament to his production talents. It's a magnificient rework of a classic that will end your sets on a high.

On the flip we have the peak time rework of Oscar Sulley's 'Bukom Mashie'. An afro-disco gem, Jkriv adds a deep kick to the percussion loop as the backbone before the bass line drops lower and fuller that the original.

The african jazz horns, flutes and buzz saw synth that follow are pure funk. It's the kind of record Four Tet drops into his eclectic sets to educate the post hipster masses. Get on it.
