James Murphy and 2manyDJ’s Despacio party is heading to All Points East
LCD Soundsystem, The xx and Björk will headline the May festival
James Murphy and 2manyDJ’s are bringing their travelling Despacio soundsystem to East London this May, with an exclusive residency at the inaugural All Points East Festival.
The trio comprised of LCD Soundsystem founder Murphy alongside the Belgian brothers have been making waves as of late with their vinyl-only bespoke system, with their recent New York party a roaring success.
Despacio will join the likes of The xx, LCD Soundsystem, Björk, Justice, Beck and more as part of All Points East’s weekend party, which kicks off on May 25 in Victoria Park, London.
With ten days of diverse events, All Points East festival will be followed by a free, mid-week programme offering food, comedy and outdoor cinema options. The party will then conclude with three APE Presents shows in early June.
