Jackmaster's donating 10 per cent of his New Year's DJ fees to the Aleppo crisis

He's got four gigs over the two dates

Jackmaster is donating towards the crisis in Aleppo, Syria.

As the city is currently under siege, the Scottish DJ announced on Facebook 10 per cent of his New Year's Eve and New Year's Day fees will go to charities involved.

"I will be donating 10 per cent of all my DJ fees from my New Years Eve and New Years Day gigs to those affected by the tragedies going on in Aleppo. As someone lucky enough to be in the position to donate to worthy causes such as this, more often than not I have sat on my arse and watched it happen on TV.

"This changes now. If you too are lucky enough to be in a position to donate something (fucking anything), then you can do so using any of the links listed in the comments section below. If you aren't able to donate, then please share this post if you can.

The charities he linked out to include Médecins Sans Frontières, UNICEF, British Red Cross and People's Convoy.

Jackmaster plays Nightvision Hogmanay in Aberdeen and Subculture in Glasgow on New Year's Eve and In:Motion Bristol and Warehouse Project on New Year's Day.
