Jackmaster UK Funky Alter Ego set

Once DJs make a name for themselves in a certain type of dance music, it's easy to forget that their tastes span way beyond the genre that they are known for.

For our new series, Alter Ego, we decided to give DJs the opportunity to express the side of their musicality that you rarely see: their Alter Ego

To do this we teamed up with Jägermeister to take a select few DJs to the top of The Orbit, one of London's most unique buildings with panoramic views of the city.

We were honoured that the one and only Jackmaster rose to the challenge. The Numbers label boss is generally known as one of the most talented and versatile DJs there is, and has built a reputation for his eclectic sets that span the genres.

But it's rare you'll get to see him play a whole set of UK Funky, and that's what he delivered for his Alter Ego set. An impeccable selection, seamlessly mixed by a DJ that's top of his game. This one is not to be missed.
