Is Ultra the Label Of The Decade? Vote now

Since its incorporation on October 27, 1995, Ultra Records has been at the forefront of electronic and dance music. This fall, the New York-based label celebrates two decades of releases helmed by Founder and President Patrick Moxey. Today, Ultra Records, based in New York, boasts a worldwide team in offices located in London, Zurich and Toronto. However, the label started out small and was always (and remains) obsessed with quality dance music before it was considered “cool” in cities and the suburbs alike.

Ultra Record’s currently roster includes: Kygo, Steve Aoki, Above & Beyond, Deorro, Era Istrefi, Black Coffee, Loco Dice, MK, Flosstradamus, Benny Benassi, Omi, filous, Klingande, Bakermat, Louis The Child, Bearson, Chris Lake, Mr. Probz, Netsky, Chris Malinchak, Headhunterz, Mako and many more.

Ultra’s first release was the single ‘Lift Me Up’ by MK featuring Claire Rivers. Over its 20 years, the label has released many milestone works - from its early days with Basement Boys, Roger Sanchez, Little Louie Vega, Erick Morillo, Sasha, Wildchild, DJ Sneak and Reel Soul to those that were first coming into America like deadmau5, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Tiesto, Avicii, Armin Van Buuren, Axwell and more. To date, Ultra Records has put out over 5,000 releases including singles, EPs, mix compilations and albums.
