Based in Berlin and ran by Yossi Amoyal, Sushi tech is a label that since its inception in 2005 has oozed class. Built mainly for the dance-floor with a focus on releasing deep and dubby techno and house over the years they’ve carved out a reputation as one of the most headsy labels around. Contributors include Efdemin, Ryan Elliott, XDB, Steve O’Sullivan and Makam. With essential releases being Delano Smith’s LP ‘An Odyssey’, Mike Huckaby’s ‘Baseline 87 and Steve O’Sullivan’s ‘Mosaic Classics’.
