With Ghostly International continuing to offer a diverse collection of music, its sister-label Spectral Sound was spawned in 2000 by Matthew Dear out of the need to have an outlet for more on dancefloor focused beats. Over the years artists like Seth Troxler, Benoit & Sergio, Lawrence, Shonky, Mark E and Subb-an have all graced the label.It’s also been home to most of the material from Matthew Dear’s Audion project and recently dropped standout releases from Matrixxman, Fort Romeau and Alexi Delano along with Audion’s critically acclaimed ‘Mouth To Mouth 10’ album in 2016.
