Day For Night festival announces Thom Yorke, Nina Kraviz, Justice for 2017

The Houston event's third edition brings huge names across all genres

Houston Texas’ foremost music festival Day For Night, set to take place between December 15 - 17, has just announced its staggering 2017 lineup.

Following the hype and rave reviews of last year's program, which featured Björk, Squarepusher and Aphex Twin’s first live US performance in eight years, the performances that are slated to take place during Day For Night’s third edition have already started to attract a great deal of buzz.

Featuring Justice, Nine Inch Nails, James Blake, St Vincent and Thom Yorke as the three-day festival’s apex performances, these headliners are backed up by an eclectic onslaught of beloved, cutting-edge artists such as Nina Kraviz, Jamie XX, Autechre, Mount Kimbie, Jessy Lanza and more.

Alongside these sonic trailblazers will be performances from 18 exciting installations from a number of studios and visual artists such as Cocolab and Japan’s Ryoji Ikeda.

The festival will also be featuring talks from beloved avant-garde pioneer Laurie Anderson, Pussy Riot’s Nadya Tolokonnikova and famous US whistleblower Chelsea Manning.
