Honey Dijon teases new album 'Black Girl Magic'
The first single will be out in June
Honey Dijon is back, baby. She’s teased the release of her new album ‘Black Girl Magic’, although she’s yet to announce a release date.
‘Black Girl Magic’ will be released via Luke Solomon and Derrick Carter’s imprint Classical Music Company.
Lead single ‘Not About You’ will be released on June 26, but clips have been released that suggest excellence. Featuring vocals from Hadiya George, it promises to be a vocal house tune with self-assured energy and confidence.

In March this year, Honey Dijon presented an event with London collective BBZ called Black Girl Magic, with support from Jayda G, BBZ resident Sippin’ T and Eliza Rose.
She also curated an exhibition in London with Dublin gallery Hen’s Teeth of neon figures, immortalising six black female music icons. With neons made by Marina Esmeraldo, the figures chosen were Erykah Badu, Sade, Chaka Khan, Diana Ross, Grace Jones and Sylvester. The exhibition later moved to Ireland.
