Glastonbury and Oxfam are selling "experiences" to fund refugee crisis support

Glastonbury has teamed up with Oxfam, offering a number of festival "experiences" on eBay.

Available on Oxfam's eBay store, things up for auction include five pairs of tickets for next year, the chance to DJ there, a tour of the festival with Michael Eavis and pressing the button to ignite the Arcadia spider's fire.

That's just a selection of the 10 lots up for auction, with most of the bids currently over £1,000 and the highest at £4,655.

The higher the better, though, as all funds raised go to Oxfam's Refugee Crisis Emergency Appeal to help provide healthy drinking water and sanitation to Syrian refugees in Lebanon and Jordan, as well as clothes and toiletries to those who have fled to Europe.

Penny Lawrence, Oxfam's deputy chief executive officer, said: "We are so grateful to Glastonbury Festival for donating the items for this amazing auction. All the money raised will help refugees far from their homes who are enduring heartbreaking situations. Once again we are touched by Glastonbury's generosity, kindness and support."
