Fred again.. announces new album ‘Actual Life 3’
Landing next month via Atlantic Records
Fred again.. has announced his third album due this coming October via Atlantic Records, ‘Actual Life 3 (January 1 - September 9 2022)’.
The forthcoming record is a follow-up to two deeply personal LPs ‘Actual Life (April 14 - December 17), and ‘Actual Life 2 (February 2 - October 15)’, both of which were released in the space of just a year.
Alongside the announcement of his third record, Fred also dropped the first track and lead of the next album, ‘Danielle (smile on my face)’, which samples the 070 Shake track ‘Nice To Have’.

The next record is said to be another introspective work taking on the same diary style of his past projects — snippets of actual life taken from friends, family, and strangers through voice recordings and samples.
Today’s announcement follows Fred’s ongoing ‘USB series’, a playlist featuring a slew of new tracks from the producer and DJ.
"Now that USB is all up as a playlist it makes me really happy to see it wit such like clarity. My plan is to aaaaalways add to this. But right now it’s going on pause - Becauusseeee - Actual Life 3 is donnnneeeeee,” Fred announced on Instagram on Monday.

Since his debut Boiler Room set which has since accumulated some 5 million views in over a month and now sits as the most viewed Boiler Room set of all time, Fred again.. has been teasing the release of his forthcoming record with features from the likes of Swedish House Mafia and I. JORDAN.
