Annie Mac has been confirmed to play Oxjam Music Festival
The event will run throughout Ocotober
Four Tet’s new album ‘New Energy’ is being sold exclusively in Oxfam stores today to kickstart Oxjam Music Festival.
Annie Mac (pictured) is locked in to support the charity event at the Oxfam shop in Manchester on October 7 and Metronomy will play a DJ set at Bristol’s Oxfam shop on October 20.
Everything Everything, a Manchester-based indie rock band, are set to perform an intimate gig at the Oxfam shop in Canterbury today, while Into The Ark, BBC’s ‘The Voice’ finalists, will perform at the Oxjam festival in Cardiff on October 7.
Marika Hackman, a British folk singer, is confirmed for October 10 with a venue yet to be announced.
The festival started in 2006 and has since raised £2.8 million for the charity. The money raised goes towards helping people around the world facing starvation, fleeing war and recovering from natural disasters.
Purchasing one wristband will grant access to all live music events.
