D'julz in the Lab LDN
Bass culture head honcho brings his Parisian house groove to The Lab Friday from 5.30pm GMT
The Lab LDN is our weekly office rave up powered by Void Acoustics where we live stream some of the biggest and best names in dance music from genres across the board. This Friday from 5.30pm GMT we hand control of the Lab over to one of the tightest DJs in the game, D'julz.
He's behind the Bass Culture label, which has been responsible for putting out outstanding house and techno for the best part of 6 years. An extension of the Rex Club party of the same name, the imprint has repped the likes of Mr G, Cassy, Chris Simmonds and, most recently, Lady Blacktronica.
So much more then just a quality A&R D'Julz is of course a quality artist in his own right. His Parisian house flavour with a dubby twist has ensured EPs on Ovum, Poker Flat and 2020 since the 90s. DJ wise, he's become a regular fixture at Circo Loco, Fabric, Womb and Panorama Bar.
This Lab kicks off at 5.30pm GMT and you can tune in below or on MixmagTV.
Frank Roger & D'Julz 'City Zoo' is out now on Home Invasion. D'julz also has a forthcoming release with Phill Weeks on Rex Club's new label Rex and you can also catch him on January 31 at London's Fabric.
