Disco Halal announces huge summer party at Bloc
From canalside brunching through to warehouse raving
Moscoman’s favoured Disco Halal imprint is heading to East London this month for an epic day-to-night affair with music from Disco Halal Allstars, Salon Soundsystem, New Business DJs, Kasra V, Lovefingers, Kiwi and of course Moscoman himself.
Fusing good food and good music, the daytime schedule will take place at a secret canalside spot and includes a two-course brunch. For evening party-goers the warehouse rave at Bloc will showcase a slew of material spanning, “eastern electronics, kaleidoscopic found sounds and hamam house.”
Paying homage to both the sounds and the tastes of the Middle East throughout the two-party event, the party is set to celebrate Disco Halal’s Tel Aviv roots.
The Disco Halal Summer Party takes place August 11 at Bloc (Autumn Street). Tickets to the Disco Halal x Salon terrace brunch have now sold out however grab a ticket here for the late night party at the rowdy Hackney Wick venue.
