Defected Records becomes Dulwich Hamlet F.C. shirt sponsor
Label alum DJ Monki plays for the South London team's women’s side
Defected Records has teamed up with Dulwich Hamlet F.C. on a brand new line of football merchandise and stand sponsorship for 2023.
The sponsorship comes into place for the 2022/23 season across Dulwich Hamlet’s men's and women's teams, active for the next year.
Defected sponsors both the football team’s playing kits and main stand, where the record label’s seminal slogan ‘In Our House We Are All Equal’ will be displayed.

The brand new line of shirts is set to feature Defected’s logo across the bust on both the home and away kits, one in the club’s traditional pink and blue duo-tone, the second in white and red.
“Our partnership with Dulwich Hamlets is a natural fit for us, with the intrinsic link between music and sport being such a vital part of our everyday culture,” says Defected’s recently appointed CEO Wez Saunders.
“The partnership is a true statement of our ongoing mission to support incredible talent and champion the next generation of football stars.”
The kits will be worn by the London-based football club on pitch, and released to the public as a merchandise line today, November 30, via Defected’s DStore.

The new sponsorship is actively supported by Defected signed DJ Monki, who also plays for Dulwich Hamlet F.C.’s women’s team.
“On the dance floor and the pitch, there are a lot of similarities,” says Monki. “People might think they’e worlds apart but they’re not.
“It's the moments where you feel perfectly in tune with your teammates, the crowd, fans, and fellow ravers that are special,” she added. “These spaces have provided me with a community, escapism and more importantly somewhere to express myself.”
The new line launches today, November 30. Check it out here.
