Darkstar and Empress Of share new track ‘Reformer’

Darkstar (pictured) have just issued out a new single with Empress Of called ‘Reformer’.

Coming off of last year's political and atmospheric ‘Foam Island’, the Warp-signed duo have returned with a single that sees them leaning into a signature take on hip hop and grime. With Empress Of on vocal duty, the track bounces along in a foggy haze. Their usual penchant for emotionalism is firmly in check here as backwards pads that bounce along narcotic beat programming.

‘Reformer’ comes ahead of a yet to be titled EP that will feature a number of “special” vocalists. The EP is due out this spring via Warp Records, but ‘Reformer’ can be heard below.
