Daft Punk rumoured to be touring next year
Has Lollapalooza let the cat out of the bag?
A Reddit thread has sparked speculation that Daft Punk will embark on their first full live tour since 2007.
Citing that Chicago festival Lollapalooza has a page, built in February, dedicated to the French pair, the rumour could have some substance as a tour in 2017 would fit the pattern of embarking one every decade since 1997.
Although a spokesman for the duo declined to comment on any prospective shows, there's also been plenty of talk that they'll play Glastonbury next year, marking 20 years since their first appearance there.
After news that Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter were in the studio with The Weeknd, their collaboration, 'Starboy', surfaced last week.
