Oh my gosh, it’s D Double E taking control this Friday for a special hybrid DJ and PA set.
The grime don is regarded as one of the greatest to ever do it. As an esteemed solo artist and founding member Newham Generals he’s unleashed a steady stream of raucous tracks over the past fifteen years.
Next month he’s releasing his debut solo album ‘Jackuum!’ via his Bluku Music imprint. The Wiley-featuring lead single ‘Better Than The Rest’ is available to stream now, showcasing the MCs' assertive flows above a dark Diamondz beat. It's got us seriously hyped for the full record.
In his hour of power at The Lab LDN, D Double E will start off DJing then perform a live PA - it's guaranteed to go off. The live stream starts at 5pm GMT this Friday January 26, you can tune in live over on our Facebook page and re-watch on MixmagTV from 6pm GMT.
