Check out a new Roland x Puma 808-inspired sneaker collaboration
Another day, another epic Roland link-up
Roland and Puma have collaborated on a new TR-808-inspired sneaker.
According to CDM, the stylish shoe is a rework of Puma’s retro Running System style. Originally designed in the ‘80s, the RS–0 relaunch sees Roland take on the classic sneaker as it's given a new sleek, black colourway complete with accent colours in line with the iconic drum machine’s trigger buttons. On the heel, a subtle nod to the machine’s origins is noticeable with the inclusion of a “Rhythm Composer” graphic
While no further details have been released surrounding the Puma x Roland release or sneaker pricing, this week a collaboration between Japanese cult clothing store UNIQLO and Roland hit the web.
