Today, San Fransisco-based musician Taraval has released a brand new EP on Four Tet's treasured imprint Text Records, titled 'Aardvark'.
A sideman for the beloved Canadian electronic group Caribou, Taraval has been quietly constructing jaw-dropping underground dancefloor devastators for the past four years and it is time for the world to take notice of this tremendous talent.
The mangled title-track of his new EP has consistently gutted crowds and induced utter pandemonium when played out by the likes of Floating Points, Daphni, Four Tet and more. According to the press release, 'Aardvark' is a solid contender for the title of "most track ID requested tune of the summer."
