Bonobo will put out a new album in 2016

2016 got off to a flyer for fans of Bonobo, with Simon Green confirming on Twitter in the early hours of New Year's Day that a new album will be arriving in the next twelve months.

The release will mark Bonobo's sixth studio full-length, following on from 2013's 'The North Borders'.

No further details about the record have been announced yet, but it is expected, as with all his previous albums, that it will come out on London-based imprint Ninja Tune.
